Burley Green Sox 6, Madison Bobcats Club 5 (@Minico Wood Bat Tournament)
Gaige Funk’s RBI walk-off single won it for Burley, securing their eighth win which continued their undefeated start.
Burley led 3-1 after two innings, thanks to two runs in the second inning.
The Green Sox broke a 3-3 tie with two runs in the sixth inning with Ike Redder’s RBI single and Josiah Robins RBI single.
Robins also tied in the game in the bottom of the first at 1-1 thanks to an RBI single.
The Bobcats tied things in the top of the seventh before Funk’s walk-off.

Redder earned the win on the mound as he allowed six hits, two earned runs and two walks in six innings. He struck out five.
Jake Redder closed the game when he allowed two earned runs and three hits in one inning.
Burley (8-0) hosts South Fremont at 9 p.m. Thursday.
Gooding Diamondbacks 8, Filer Cats B 6
Gooding plated three runs in the bottom of the sixth inning for the lead.
Zander Gonzales’ go-ahead two RBI triple drove in Cougar Stockham and Alex Pereira before Breyden Bunderson scored Gonzales on a double to make it 8-6.
Filer took a 4-3 lead as it entered the bottom of the third, thanks to four straight runs.
Tristan Patterson led Filer with two hits and two RBIs. Gonzales boasted four hits and four RBIs. Stockham and Bunderson added two hits each.
Gooding Diamondbacks 11, Filer Cats B 7
Gooding responded from an early 5-0 deficit entering the second and responded with eight unanswered runs.
Filer opened the scoring with an RBI double from Brett Paxton, an RBI groundout from Braylen Rietkerk then Paxton scored on a passed ball.
Gooding extended its lead in the bottom of the sixth.
Wyatt Blass and Aydyn Burns led Filer with two hits apiece. Burns bagged two RBIs. Bryce Patterson led Gooding with two hits.
Buhl Tribe 10, Nampa Braves 0 (Five innings)
Buhl’s Porter Higley allowed two hits with 11 strikeouts in a complete game. He walked two.
Buhl collected 12 hits and exploded for five runs in the bottom of the fifth to end it. Garret Theurer started the rally in the fifth with his single then Higley scored on the throw after an error. Chase Craner scored Theurer on a single, Jayme Ramos recorded an RBI single then college comebacker (Dawson Community College) Damian Craner smacked a two-RBI double.
Higley led the offensive with three hits. Dom Pierce, Chase Craner and Damian Craner logged two hits each.
Buhl Tribe 13, Nampa Braves 3
The Tribe accumulated 15 hits, including three from Remington Higley.
He went 3-for-4 with three RBIs. Buhl scored its runs in bunches with four in the third, eighth in the fifth and one in the sixth.
Pierce, Damian Craner, Nemo Espinoza, Caleb Cunningham and Carsten Eskelson added two hits apiece.
Cunningham and Remington Higley combined to allow two hits.
Cunningham struck out five in four innings. He allowed four walks, two earned runs and two hits. Remington Higley pitched two clean innings.
Buhl (2-0) visits Highland at 11 a.m. Thursday.
Twin Falls Cowboys A 12, Wood River Wranglers 1
Twin Falls’ Cameron Reyes tossed a complete game one-hitter with three walks and 11 strikeouts.
Cowboys A launched to a 4-0 lead after the first inning and it started when Connor Lee scored on an error.
Zane O’Toole scored Braden Mealer on a single, Gabe Snyder scored O’Toole and Reyes on a single.
Wood River scored a run each in the third and seventh innings.
O’Toole led the Cowboys A with four hits and three RBIs. Snyder added three RBIs on two hits.
Raul Rojas registered Wood River’s only hit.
Wood River Wranglers 10, Twin Falls Cowboys A 0 (Six innings)
The Wranglers cruised with consistent hitting, especially from the top of their lineup.
Wood River’s Carter Thompson and Alex Golub, who batted No. 1 and No. 2, secured three hits apiece.
Adrian Aguayo added two hits in the No. 9 spot, contributing to the Wranglers’ 12 hits.
Drake Orr tossed a complete game, allowing four hits and three walks. He struck out one and also went 1-for-4 with three RBIs.
Lee, O’Toole, Kaden Black and Landyn Milton secured one hit apiece for Cowboys A.
Minico 12, 4B Post 23 0 (@ Minico Wood Bat Tournament, five innings)
Storm’s bats exploded for five runs in the first inning thanks to four bases loaded walks, a bases loaded hit by pitch and a single from Cody Carlson.
Five of Minico’s first eight runs originated from walks.
Cayden Fletcher made it 11-0 in the third when he scored Spencer Pease, Logan Mabey and Jase Murphy on a triple. Jayden McKenzie then scored Fletcher on a sacrifice fly which made it 12-0.
Dom Garza, Pease and Carlson recorded two hits each.
Braxon Trenkle allowed three hits and three walks in a complete game. He struck out six.
