Georgia football recently bolstered its wide receiver room once again.
Landon Roldan, a 3-star receiver out of North Oconee High School, committed to play for the Bulldogs on July 27. Roldan is now the 17th player from the 2025 class to commit to the Georgia football program, pushing the Bulldogs to the third best recruiting class of the cycle.

During his 2023 campaign, he caught 50 passes for 1,029 yards and 13 touchdowns while going on to win Region 8-AAAA Athlete of the Year. He also rushed 14 times for 79 yards and three touchdowns.
Roldan is distinguished by his killer speed, rapid acceleration and precise route running. He excels at stretching defenses and consistently creates separation downfield. He also showcases strong run-after-catch skills and capitalizes on open field opportunities with the ball in his hands.
Roldan received a long-awaited offer from James Coley and Kirby Smart on June 21. His head coach and uncle, Tyler Aurandt, was present to make the moment that much more special.
“This was a dream come true,” Aurandt said in an interview with DawgNation. “When he and I sat down the other day, he said ‘This has always been a dream’ and you think back since we’ve got all these pictures when he was little and he’s in Georgia jerseys all the time. He wants to go to the DawgWalk every Saturday.”
Now, he has the chance to be part of the program, walking out in front of 93,000 fans every Saturday in the fall. Aurandt knows the rarity of his situation, emphasizing how special it is to grow up a fan and then have the opportunity to join the team.
Now, Aurandt arrives in Athens as the first North Oconee player to receive a scholarship to play football at Georgia, marking the beginning of his dream journey with the Bulldogs.
