An American Airlines flight carrying 64 people collided with a U.S. Army helicopter and crashed into the Potomac River near Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport on Wednesday night. The plane had departed from Wichita, Kansas.

As of now, all those on board are feared dead.

“At this point, we don’t believe there are survivors from this accident,” D.C. Fire and EMS Chief John A. Donnelly said on Thursday morning.

The flight was carrying at least 14 U.S. figure skaters, along with their families and coaches. Among them, six were members of The Skating Club of Boston. Former Russian world champions Evgenia Shishkova and Vadim Naumov were also on board. The Loudoun County Public School District confirmed that multiple former students were among the victims.
