TEXAS quarterback Arch Manning has revealed he will be in the highly anticipated EA Sports College Football 25 video game.
Arch shared a video to his X account on Tuesday captioned, “I’m IN the game [longhorn emoji].”
The clip opens up with legendary New York Giants QB Eli Manning who is also Arch’s uncle.
Eli is wearing a headset with a play-calling sheet and is reading a play to Arch.
Arch shares some playful jokes with Eli and then is shown controlling himself in the upcoming game.
The 19-year-old Texas quarterback throws a touchdown using his character as Eli celebrates and says, “Touchdown, now that’s why you’re in the game.”
“EA Sports I’m in the game,” Arch says to close out the announcement.
The 19-year-old sensation was reportedly paid $50,000 to $60,000 to promote College Football 25, according to ON3.
He is also slated to receive $600 and a copy of the game for opting in.
Fans rushed to the video to react to the news of Arch being included in the game.
“The Mannings are a master class in marketing. This is insane,” said one fan.
“Gotta love the Mannings,” commented a second fan.
“This is incredible,” wrote a third.
“Smart decision young man,” claimed a fourth.
“Welcome to the game,” a fifth said.
The announcement comes after reports in March indicated Arch would not be in the video game.
Fans can play as Arch in EA Sports College Football 25 when the game releases on July 19.
This is the first college football game to be released in eleven years.
Arch currently plays for the Texas Longhorns but is the backup to starter Quinn Ewers.
He is most known for being the nephew of NFL greats Peyton and Eli Manning – who have four Super Bowl wins between the two.
He made headlines when he chose the Austin school over the likes of Georgia, Alabama, Louisiana State University, Clemson, and Virginia.
“I think the great tradition and fanbase and everything about Texas football excited me,” he told 247Sports. “I’m glad I can one day be part of it.”
“I really enjoyed Austin as a city itself,” he added.
