LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – The American Job Center invited community members to enjoy the weather with an outdoor career fair on Wednesday.
“We saw success with our Rooftop Career Fair in 2023 and decided it would be beneficial for both employers and job seekers to keep the momentum going. We are excited to be adding new employers and veteran resources to our job fair,” AJC Workforce Administrator Dylan Wren said.
Employers such as Allo Fiber, Duncan Aviation and the United States Postal Services set up booths on the rooftop and joined in to talk to potential employees about the jobs they are searching to fill.

The AJC holds these fairs a few times each year with benefits to both the companies looking to fill roles and the job seekers who are offered a wide range of services.
The next one is set to be hosted in the fall.
