Jim Harbaugh is so hot right now.
The new Los Angeles Chargers head coach comes with his own style, often leaving onlookers chuckling at his takes on life. Whether it’s commenting on the vitality of whole milk or questioning the skittishness absorbed from eating a chicken, Harbaugh certainly is a unique character in the football world.
In L.A., the coach has made striking impressions with many new players. Linebacker Denzel Perryman, entering his 10th NFL season, had a humorous response when asked for his first take on the new coach.
“My first impressions of Harbaugh — I hope I don’t get in trouble for this, but he reminds me of Will Ferrell,” Perryman said Monday, laughing, via team transcript. “I don’t know if it’s the way that he speaks, his analogies and everything, but they really remind me of Will Ferrell. It’s just funny to me. It’s funny, but I know he means well and that everything comes from the heart. I feel like you have to have a sense of humor to understand his lines and gimmicks.”
