Ellan O’Suahghnessy was 38th in the women’s event on 23 over while in the men’s event, Gavin O’Neill was 29th on five-over with Thomas Higgins 62nd on 15-over.
Paraguay’s Benjamín Fernández won the men’s event when he made eagle on the first tie hole to edge out Colombia’s Carlos Jesús Ardija after they had tied on 13-under 275.
South America won the Harrison Cup with ease as their 14-strong team totalled 14-over 4041 for the four days compared to 100-over 4132 for the team from the Home Nations comprising England’s Thomas Osborne, Sebastián Cave, Nellie Ong and Lily Hirst; Ireland’s Fleming and O’Shaughnessy; Wales’ Tom Bastow, Tom Matthews, Ffion Tynan and Luca Thompson, and Scots Samuel Mukherjee, Cromac Sharpe and Grace Crawford.
