Steelers’ Jaylen Warren leads football clinic at Dick’s Sporting Goods
Dick’s Sporting Goods celebrated Saturday’s opening of its outdoor athletic facility with a clinic led by Jaylen Warren of the Pittsburgh Steelers.
As Pittsburgh Steelers’ fans flip the page on the 2024 season and dream of a Super Bowl parade in the Steel City, they can also look forward to the 2025 season and the first-ever game in Dublin, Ireland.
Here’s everything you need to know to prepare for the National Football League’s 2025 Dublin Game.
The Pittsburgh Steelers are the designated home team for the 2025 Dublin Game, which will be played at Croke Park in Dublin.
That means Croke Park will be decked out in Steelers’ colors, and each end zone should feature Pittsburgh Steelers‘ logos and word marks.
While the Dublin Game is the first NFL regular-season game in Ireland, it is not the first time the NFL nor the Steelers have played a game there.
According to the NFL, the Steelers also played in a preseason matchup in 1997 against the Chicago Bears, also at Croke Park, as part of the American Bowl series.
The NFL hasn’t finalized when the 2025 Dublin Game will occur, but the NFL’s slate of 2024 international games occurred between opening day and week 11.
The full 2025 Dublin Game matchup including opposition, date and kickoff time will be announced when the 2025 NFL schedule is revealed this spring.
While the NFL has not finalized which team the Steelers will play in Ireland, the Steelers’ 2025 home slate includes games against the Baltimore Ravens, Buffalo Bills, Cincinnati Bengals, Cleveland Browns, Green Bay Packers, Indianapolis Colts, Miami Dolphins, Minnesota Vikings and Seattle Seahawks.
Miami is the home designee for the 2025 NFL Madrid Game, which means the Dolphins are unlikely to play the Steelers in the Dublin Game.
Cleveland is one of three home designees for the 2025 NFL London Games, so the Steelers probably won’t face the Browns at Croke Park.
Indianapolis is the home designee for the 2025 NFL Berlin Game, so you can scratch a Steelers-Colts matchup in Ireland.
And it is unlikely the Rooney family would want to give up home games at the former Heinz Field against AFC rivals Baltimore, Buffalo and Cincinnati, which would leave the Bengals and one of the NFC teams as the only viable options to face the Steelers in Dublin.
