A calendar flip to a new year also means it’s time for the annual Under Armour Next All-American Game.
For almost two decades, the Under Armour Next All-American Game has been a showcase of future NFL and collegiate talent. This year, more than 100 players from across the U.S. head to Florida to display their talents in front of recruiting staffs.
Per usual, the players will be split into two teams, with this year’s names being Team Icon and Team Unstoppable. Team Icon is led by quarterback Julian Lewis (Carrollton, Ga.), a Colorado commit, and receiver Dakorien Moore (Duncanville, Texas), who is headed to Oregon next fall. Moore’s future Ducks teammate, defensive back Na’eem Offord (Birmingham, Ala.) is among the stars on Team Unstoppable along with Georgia defensive line commit Elijah Griffin (Savannah, Ga.) and more.
What is different this year is the location. After spending the past eight years at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, the game will be held at Spec Martin Stadium, home of the Stetson Hatters.
