NFL analyst Kay Adams has not been afraid to have fun at her own expense after striking a pose on the red carpet.
The former Good Morning Football host certainly turned heads at the premiere of new documentary Receiver in Los Angeles, California.
But Adams has taken to X, the site formerly known as Twitter, to mock her hands on hips stance.
“tf am I doing,” she wrote candidly.
She did this while posting a number of pictures by way of comparison.
One of them is Forrest Gump, the character played so memorably in the 1994 film by Tom Hanks.
There is also a picture of film director Spike Lee.
And completing the unlikely trio is fabled cartoon character Foghorn Leghorn.
Fans were quick to have their say in response.
“hey at least you can laugh at yourself,” one fan said.
“Don’t over think it. You’re good!” another fan said.
“Ha you may find it funny, but everyone else thinks you look amazing,” a third fan commented.
Adams stunned in a black gown as she posed ahead of the screening at the Tudum Theater.
The 38-year-old’s zip-up dress was complimented by silver high-heeled shoes and matching jewelry.
Kay currently hosts her own FanDuel show Up & Adams after leaving GMFB in 2022.
Receiver follows NFL stars Davante Adams, Justin Jefferson, George Kittle, Deebo Samuel, and Amon-Ra St. Brown through the 2023 season.
The players were in attendance at the ceremony in California.

You can start buying tickets for some games on several sites now:
Before purchasing tickets on resale websites check pricing as they are third-party sellers and, importantly, the cost can vary depending on demand. You may pay more than an official ticket, though you can also get good last-minute deals too.
But if you can’t be there in person, don’t worry, there’s still time to set up your stream before the season starts.
You can also keep up to date with the latest NFL coverage right here at The U.S. Sun.
Adams spoke about seeing the show on Up & Adams last week.
I went to watch the premiere of Receiver last night,” she said.
“I’ve got to say, I’m in. I can not get enough.
“Seeing it on a big screen, small screen, or whatever. You just want more.”
That view seems to have been shared by fans, who have also showered the show with praise.
