On Tuesday morning, D1Softball announced its All-American team and Kennedy landed on the second team.
Kennedy had an impressive senior season with the Bulldogs, which included 17 home runs, 56 runs batted in and a .792 slugging percentage. Those numbers are top 10 in school history for a single season.
The first team All-Southeastern Conference selection had nine doubles and a .312 batting average. Nine of her 17 homers came in SEC games, which set an MSU mark.
Kennedy also made the move to first base for her senior year and was ready to help the Bulldogs wherever necessary.
