Atlanta Falcons picked up their first win of the 2024 NFL season with a dramatic 22-21 victory away at the Philadelphia Eagles.
Drake London’s touchdown with 38 seconds remaining levelled the match at 21-21, with Younghoe Koo kicking the extra point.
Having started the final quarter 15-10 ahead, the Falcons surrendered a five-point penalty to the Eagles, who scored 11 unanswered points before London’s late touchdown.
Falcons quarterback Kirk Cousins threw two touchdowns, including a 41-yard pass for Darnell Mooney at the start of the third quarter. Mooney scored by running and performing a front flip with the ball in hand on his way into the end zone.
