Tommy Paul’s girlfriend raised eyebrows when she joined the American tennis pro on the court Sunday after his win at the Queen’s Club Championships in London.
Paige Lorenze, who is a social media influencer and entrepreneur, posed with Paul, 27, at The Queen’s Club and repeatedly grabbed his neck while pulling him closer to her.
The fifth-seeded Paul — who won his first grass-court title by edging out Italy’s Lorenzo Musetti, 6-1, 7-6 (8) — held the cinch Championships trophy and dipped to his left as Lorenze guided their poses.
The now-viral moment had some critics buzzing after Lorenze nearly stole the spotlight in London.
“That’s aggressive. It’s weird. Almost like she was the one who won the trophy, not Tommy Paul,” one person wrote in a post on X.
“I’ve never seen such an awkward photo opportunity after a tennis tournament win in my life!” another added.
Paul and Lorenze kissed on the court while they held the trophy together.
The brunette beauty looked stunning in a button-up dress by Mirror Palais, which she paired with Hermes sandals.
“Love celebrating your hard-earned victory along side you @tommypaull. I am so proud of you, and grateful to be by your side through every win and challenge. Here’s to many more! I love you!” Lorenze gushed in an Instagram post that featured photos of Paul’s victory.
“Love you,” the New Balance athlete wrote in the comments.
Paul and Lorenze, who have been dating since 2022, also posed for photos with the trophy while in the locker room at The Queen’s Club.
Paul is now the highest-ranked American in men’s singles at No. 12 after taking home his third ATP Tour title.
Paul will make his fifth Wimbledon appearance when the Grand Slam begins on July 1.
He reached the third round at Wimbledon last year and collapsed in five sets to Czechia’s Jiri Lehecka.
