CARY, N.C. – Clemson Women’s Tennis concludes its run at the ITA All-American Championships in Cary, N.C. Four Tigers competed; Graduates Annabelle Davis and Sophia Hatton led the charge, and transfer Ria Bhakta and newcomer Amelie Smejkalova additionally competed.
The Tigers competed at a high level, claiming six total wins against some of the nation’s premier competition.
“It was a great experience for our players to participate in one of the best national fall tournaments this past week,” Head Coach Boomer Saia said on the tournament. “We were one of just a few teams with four players participating. We came away with some good wins and some lessons learned. We’re excited about the future here in Tigerland, and I know great things are ahead with our team!”
