TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Alabama football’s Tyler Booker and Malachi Moore both earned Second Team All-American accolades from The Sporting News, the outlet announced Wednesday.

Booker brings home his seventh All-American honor, adding to his First-Team All-American selection by CBS Sports as well as second team honors from the American Football Coaches Association (AFCA), the Football Writers Association of America (FWAA), the Associated Press (AP), Walter Camp and The Athletic. Moore’s distinction stands as his fourth All-American honor, including first team recognition from Pro Football Focus to go with second team selections by the AP and the AFCA.

Tyler Booker

• Reliable leader for the Crimson Tide offensive line
• Helped the Alabama offense to a 35.5 points per game average, tied for the 16^th-best mark in the FBS
• Paved the way for an Alabama rushing group that averaged 182.7 yards per game
• Amassed 93 knockdown blocks across 715 snaps in 12 games to average 7.6 per contest
• According to Pro Football Focus, he did not surrender a sack in 176 passing opportunities over his 12 starts

Malachi Moore

• A trusted veteran in the Alabama secondary
• Recorded 70 tackles, the third-highest total among Crimson Tide players, while his 40 solo stops are second-most
• Managed three tackles for loss (-6 yards), one sack (-3 yards), three quarterback hurries, two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery
• Totaled two interceptions and a team-leading eight pass breakups
