He started playing rugby from the age of 4 and in 2022 was selected into the Exeter Chiefs Developing Player Programme.
Early 2023 Ethan decided to move to American Football and in February 2023 started weekend training sessions with the Somerset Wyverns.
Ethan was awarded the U16 Rookie of the Year in November 2023.
In April 2023 Ethan tried out for the SGS Pride Academy and was successful and started at SGS College September 2023.
Ethan travels approximately 4 hours per day just to attend the SGS Pride Academy in Bristol. Ethan plays Offensive Lineman position of Left Tackle.
Since joining the Academy Ethan has been playing at an international level and in May 2024 travelled to France to play against the French Revolution Academy.
Ethan has also played against Scotland, the Irish Wolfhounds and the Danish Academy.
In December 2023 Ethan attended the U17 Great Britain Lions tryouts and was successful and gained his place in the squad and since then has attended the monthly training camps.
October 2024 the Great Britain Lions touring squad was selected and Ethan was successful and following assessments was classed as ‘Top Performer’ from the tryouts so will be travelling to play against Spain November 2024.
The U17’s Great Britain Lions game is scheduled for Sunday 17 November.
