Shnaider, ranked No 18, will play American Jessica Pegula, the No 6 seed, next.
In the previous rounds, the 20-year-old Russian won against Argentinian Nadia Podoroska (6-0, 6-1) and Dane Clara Tauson (6-4, 6-4).
Errani, ranked No 96, edged out Spaniard Cristina Bucsa (3-6, 6-0, 6-4) and defeated American Caroline Dolehide (7-5, 7-5) earlier in the tournament.
